The Crowley Park Neighborhood Association (CPNA) is a voluntary neighborhood association.
 
CPNA strives to develop the lines of communication with the city, promote a safe, clean and attractive community, and bring residents together to preserve and enhance the livability
and value of our neighborhood. 
​
Membership is open to homeowners and tenants in the Crowley Park Neighborhood. By supporting the association, you continue to be a voice in the community and the city.
CPNA offers one-year, three-year, five-year and ten-year household memberships with discounts for multi-year memberships.

Per household membership for each fiscal year is valid from October 1st through September 30th. All contributions are tax-deductible. Crowley Park Neighborhood Association is a tax-exempt 501(c)3 organization.

CPNA Accomplishments and Activities​

  • CPNA holds various neighborhood gatherings each year:

    • Fall Festival / Trunk or Treat

    • 4th of July Parade

    • International Pot Luck

    • Cookies with Santa

    • Ice Cream Social

    • Trash Bash

    • Walk the Park

    • Guest speakers

  • CPNA interacts with the City of Richardson, helping to raise common issues in our neighborhood and the Park. “It gives us a voice at City Hall.”

  • CPNA has an ongoing partnership with the City of Richardson in Shade the Trail; resulting in over 100 trees planted in & around Crowley Park

  • CPNA supports the Neighborhood Crime Watch Patrol and National Night Out

  • CPNA partnered with the City to accomplish:

    • New North End Playground at Crowley Park

    • Beautification of Crowley Park sign at Jupiter Rd & Renner Rd

    • Updating street signs within Crowley Park area

    • Sidewalks to the South Pavilion, restroom, North End Playground & Pavilion

    • Maintenance of the brick walls on Jupiter, Renner and Lookout

    • Traffic flow changes on Clear Spring Road

  • CPNA partners with the Rotary Club for our neighborhood Flag program

  • Distributes a quarterly CPNA newsletter via email

  • Informs via our CPNA website

  • Social networking through Nextdoor
